Harris Teeter - - - Responsibilities:
Supervise and assist in managing up to 80 associates in the Fresh Foods Department.;
Assist the Department Manager with the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department.;
Perform the duties of baker/fryer, cake decorator, Fresh Foods clerks, and chef as needed.;
Interview, train, and develop associates; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance.;
Address complaints and resolve problems to maintain customer service and department operations.
