Responsibilities
- Lead plant accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Manage cost accounting, inventory, and manufacturing finance activities.
- Support ERP implementation and continuous process improvements.
- Partner with plant leadership to provide financial insights and drive operational performance.
- Develop and mentor the accounting team.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- 5–7+ years of accounting or finance leadership experience in manufacturing.
- Strong expertise in cost accounting and manufacturing finance.
- Experience with ERP implementations and process improvements.
- Food or process manufacturing experience preferred.
