Job Description:

* Reconciliation of company bank accounts.

* Post monthly standard entries and update accordingly.

* Track all accounting reserves on a monthly basis.

* Daily cash deposit and application of A/R checks.

* Co-ordinate annual forecast for parts and service.

* Audit monthly parts inventory reconciliations and distribute parts trend and health reporting.

* Monthly reporting and analysis of key performance reports to managers.

* Reconciliation and analysis of all balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.

* Pinnacle posting and reconciliation.

* Prepare consolidated income statements.

* Prepare commercial lease questionaires.

* Assist with monthly and year end accounting close.

Requirements for Office Manager:

* This position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting and 5-10 years of experience in an automotive or truck dealership accounting position.

* Knowledge of technical and professional principles and skills of accounting.

* Knowledge of CDK accounting software.

* CPA designation preferred.

* Advanced Excel skills.

* Ability to work in a fast pace entrepreneurial environment.

* Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers, supervisor, management, and department head staff and various agency personnel.

* Ability to communicate both orally and in writing with a wide range of people.
