Job SummaryThe Senior Accountant will compile and audit data and reports to support internal and external reporting for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis and manager review.
Key Role Accountabilities- Participate in closing accounting books monthly (4 business day goal) and prepare applicable journal entries timely and accurately.
- Perform general ledger account analysis and prepare monthly account reconciliations.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis.
- Compile data and reports to support internal and external reporting.
- Work with Internal Auditors and provide support for external audits as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- CPA (Preferred).
Public accounting experience (Big 4 or large regional), preferred.
