What You'll Do:

• Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently while ensuring proper coding and approvals.
• Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies to maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and other payment transactions.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and work closely with internal departments to resolve payment issues.
• Maintain organized AP records and assist with month-end closing activities as needed.
