What You'll Do

• Take an active role in the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting activities.
• Assist with the coordination and execution of the annual external audit, serving as a key resource for audit requests and supporting documentation.
• Analyze financial information and help identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting efficiency.
• Partner with accounting and finance leadership on special projects, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support general accounting functions and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
• Collaborate across departments to gather information, resolve issues, and support organizational goals.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture while taking on increasing levels of responsibility.
