We are currently searching for one full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Harrisburg, PA. This position will serve as the administrative assistant for multiple conventional apartment communities in the area. Rate: Depending on experience and position.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am
-5:00 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist with maintenance operations of multiple apartment communities.
- Data entry.
- Assist with Customer Service.
- Answer phones and prospect emails.
- Coordinate leasing efforts to maximize rental income.
- Conduct routine property inspections to ensure standards are met.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED.
