• Proven leadership skills and experience in handling client cases
• Detailed knowledge of the entire case process
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to motivate team members and maintain high engagement levels
• Proficiency with relevant applications, including MS Office and VPN clients

• Experience in developing new processes to enhance client support
• Ability to work under pressure and handle critical client issues effectively
