• Support daily trade compliance operations in collaboration with external brokers and internal stakeholders
• Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures for compliant import and export processes
• Analyze product data to evaluate customs and regulatory reporting requirements
• Interpret and apply the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and other applicable tariff schedules
• Engage cross-functionally to collect, validate, and manage critical trade data

• Bachelor’s degree in international business, supply chain, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in U.S. trade/customs compliance in a corporate setting
• U.S. Customs broker license required
• Experience in the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) system
• Proficiency in Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

• Experience with e2
  
  Open, Atlassian, Oracle (JD Edwards), and Descartes customs software
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
