What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead and develop a team of Sales Managers and Representatives, driving performance and career growth
  • Build and execute strategies to acquire new customers and grow Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
  • Track key sales metrics to optimize performance and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to create sales enablement content
  • Report to executive leadership on performance and contribute to company-wide initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum 5+ years of successful selling experience with expertise in outbound/new customer acquisition
  • Proven track record in SaaS, PaaS, or tech sales; hosting experience is a plus
  • Experience in building, mentoring, and retaining top-performing teams
  • Strong operational mindset with skills in pipeline management and accurate forecasting
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

  • Director-level sales leadership experience with a focus on customer acquisition in the tech industry
