Operate asphalt roller to spread, smooth, level, and compact asphalt and gravel to job specifications;
Drive heavy roller to compact earth fills, subgrade, streets, and runways;
Perform safety tasks including area inspections, pre-shifts, and safety checks;
Follow MSHA/OSHA/DOT safety rules and Pennsy Supply procedures;
Ensure finished surface meets customer requirements
