This role is for a Project Manager in the property industry, focused on construction projects. Description Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals. Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure project efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders. Foster strong relationships with clients and team members to maintain project alignment.
