Shovel, rake, spread and level earth, aggregates and hot asphalt mix to fine grade specifications;
Load, unload, and carry tools, equipment and materials;
Conduct daily safety assignments and follow MSHA/OSHA/DOT regulations;
Read roadway plans and drawings while using hand and power tools to construct and assemble concrete forms;
Support foreman and laborer crew and adhere to safety and housekeeping standards
