Green Key Resources has partnered with a well-established and highly respected Commercial General Contractor in the Greater Philadelphia market on their search for a Project Manager with experience managing technically complex healthcare construction projects.

As a Project Manager
, you will oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. You'll play a key role in client communication, cost management, scheduling, and overall project execution while helping maintain the high level of service and quality the company is known for.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle, from conceptual estimating and preconstruction through project closeout and punch lists.
  • Lead project planning, design coordination, subcontractor management, and client communications.
  • Prepare professional proposals, conceptual budgets, and detailed project schedules.
  • Manage design consultants and project documentation throughout all phases of construction.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets while tracking costs, forecasting, and managing change orders.
  • Coordinate procurement of subcontractors and vendors, including bid review, contract negotiations, and scope alignment.
  • Facilitate project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure clear communication and timely decision-making.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Review and process RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and other project documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to support future projects and repeat business.
Required Skills &

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects as a Project Manager.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control.
  • Experience coordinating owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams throughout all phases of construction.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software (Procore experience preferred).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with commercial interiors, healthcare, office, industrial, hospitality, or other commercial project types is preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to travel to project sites throughout the Greater Philadelphia region.
