Shovel, rake, spread and level earth, aggregates, and hot asphalt mix to fine grade specifications;
Load, unload, and carry tools, equipment and materials;
Assist the foreman and laborer crew on site as directed;
Read roadway plans and standard drawings and work with the crew to construct and assemble concrete forms;
Perform safety inspections and maintain housekeeping in accordance with MSHA/OSHA/DOT requirements
