Pay Range:
For a Bilingual Customer Service Representative is $16/ per hour.

What You Will Do:

As a Customer Service Rep, you will be the liaison between the Company and the customer.

* Process customer monthly payments.

* Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner

* Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing any customers, as needed.

* Connects very quickly; builds and leverages client relationships.

* Complete mail sorting tasks.

The Perfect Match:

* Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

* Sales or customer service experience

* High School Diploma or GED

* Ability to build relationships with sales customers

* Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills

* Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
