Customer Service Representative

Hire Talent -  - Responsibilities:
Answer incoming telephone calls and resolve customer questions and requests following policies and procedures.;
Develops and maintains knowledge of internal policies, procedures, and services; logs and retrieves information in automated systems.;
Performs accurate data entry of electronic faxes.;
Receives inquiries from customers or providers by telephone, email, fax, or mail and responds within required turnaround times.;
Investigates and resolves or reports customer problems; escalates difficult situations to the appropriate party.
