Job Description

- Handling inbound calls and some follow upcalls

- Answers calls and questions on general questions and some confidential information

Great customer service with high level attention to detail.  

- Entering information accurately Measured on Quality and Accuracy might range from 50-100 calls a day depending on

complexity.

This is a Permanent position based out of Harrisburg, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
