LRK is currently seeking a Project Architect to join our Philadelphia office, working on a range of projects within new multi-family residential, Choice Neighborhoods, and adaptive reuse project types. If you are highly creative and passionate about design, this is an opportunity for you. Responsibilities include producing design through construction documents in Revit from conceptual drawings, assisting or leading conceptual and schematic design, and managing production work with a high level of technical accuracy.

- Assist or lead conceptual and schematic design efforts
- Manage production work with a high level of technical accuracy
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Architect in all phases of the design process
- Comprehensive understanding of building technology and structures
- Outstanding communication and client interaction skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Revit, InDesign, Photoshop, Sketch Up Pro, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional degree in architecture required
- Architectural license and LEED AP preferred
