KS2 Class Teacher; Maternity Cover

Main Scale M3 - 6, not suitable for an ECT.

Full-Time

Fixed Term until 31st August 2026 to cover a maternity leave

Required for 2nd November 2026

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and committed teacher to join our team here at our wonderful school in Ilkley. The successful candidate will support teaching and learning and the personal development of pupils in Year 3/4 initially.

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Can demonstrate excellent teaching skills and who will ensure the best outcomes for our children.
• Is dedicated to ensuring the highest quality learning experience for all our children.
• Has initiative and drive to work as part of a dedicated and forward-thinking team.
• Can communicate and engage with children, staff and families effectively.
• Can motivate and inspire children with high expectations for their success.
• Experience of KS2 and subject coordination is desirable.
