Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8.30am - 4:00pm

Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm

We are seeking to appoint a caring, nurturing and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support our Early Years.

The successful candidate will:

• Have a genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their care, wellbeing and learning.
• Be warm, patient and able to build positive relationships with children.
• Have an understanding of child development and the importance of learning through play.
• Be committed to supporting children with SEND, adapting activities and approaches to meet individual needs.
• Be confident and comfortable supporting children with personal care needs, always promoting dignity, independence and respect.
• Encourage children's confidence, independence and communication.
• Work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with parents, carers and colleagues.
• Have a strong commitment to safeguarding and creating a safe, inclusive environment for every child.
