About the Role

The Senior Operations Engineer will play a key role in optimizing global manufacturing operations and leading automation initiatives across facilities. This is a hands‑on role focused on improving production efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring top‑tier product quality. The position bridges engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing, driving continuous improvement at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Lead performance and process improvements across multiple manufacturing sites.
  • Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to improve throughput and quality.
  • Implement and scale automation projects across global facilities.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, operations, supply chain).
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure smooth operations across geographies and time zones through hands‑on problem solving.
  • The position requires on‑site visits to production facilities approximately 25–30% of the time

Requirements
  • BSc in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands‑on factory or manufacturing engineering experience.
  • Proven experience leading automation or robotics implementation projects.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with quality improvement and root cause analysis.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.; based in New Jersey or Philadelphia preferred.
