• Act as the technical solution owner for budgetary, competitive, and sole source proposal responses
• Provide detailed technical responses to Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI)
• Conduct customer-facing technical requirements discovery sessions for estimation and configuration
• Build relationships with sales and internal engineering teams for effective project execution
• Deliver customer product training both in-person and virtually

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of Engineering, Sales, Public Safety, and/or Military experience, or 8+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of Public Safety software application system implementation experience
• Experience with TCP/IP computer networking and design
• Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio

• Familiarity with Wireless Networking (WLAN) and LTE Network Modem/Router
• Basic knowledge of License Plate Recognition (LPR) and Radio Voice Communications Networks
• Experience in technical writing and delivering information to nontechnical audiences
• Background in virtual system implementation and design, including server and desktop virtualization
