What You'll Be Doing
* Lead highway and/or structural design on small to mid-sized projects
* Perform and review complex engineering designs and plans
* Manage quality, schedule, and budget performance
* Mentor engineers and coordinate with teams and subconsultants
Qualifications (Required)
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
* Professional Engineer (PE) license
* 10+ years of highway design experience
* DOT (PennDOT or similar) design experience
