· Drive NPI/industrialization in the plant, including process flow definition, PFMEA/Control Plan readiness, work instruction release, line balancing/UPH validation, and readiness reviews for pilot and MP.
· Own factory readiness and ramp plans (manpower, training/certification, materials, equipment, tooling/fixtures, test capability, packaging, SAP/MES readiness), and close gaps via action tracking.
· Coordinate facilities and line infrastructure projects (layout, utilities such as DI water/air/N2, ESD, cleanroom requirements, safety & environmental controls), including contractor management and site acceptance.
· Manage equipment and CAPEX execution: URS/spec alignment, supplier selection support, IO/Coupa/approval workflow coordination, FAT/SAT, installation, debug, and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) to enable MP readiness.
· Drive test capability readiness for Liquid Cooling OQC/validation (e.g., thermal performance, air leak/helium leak, channel flushing, vacuum drying, nitrogen filling, pressure drop), including calibration plan alignment with lab/engineering.
· Partner with Supply Chain/Sourcing to secure long-lead materials and supplier readiness; manage risk buys and capacity confirmations and ensure dual-source/dual-site readiness in alignment with product strategy.
· Coordinate with Quality/AQP to ensure customer and internal requirements are met (FAI, reliability plans, control of special characteristics), and support customer audits/plant tours with clear evidence of readiness.
· Run regular project reviews (weekly/bi-weekly) and maintain one-page executive summaries; escalate roadblocks quickly and drive closure with accountable owners and due dates.
· Support transfer and scale-up activities across sites (e.g., Taiwan/Vietnam/DG), including process mapping, documentation transfer, training, trial builds, and ramp performance tracking.
