- Perform component-level troubleshooting on analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronics assemblies.
- Analyze circuit schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to isolate faults.
- Use advanced diagnostic equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, signal generators, and multimeters.
- Apply theoretical knowledge of electronics (Ohm's law, Kirchhoff's laws, transistor theory, op-amps, digital logic, power conversion, etc.) to fault analysis.
- Identify failed or out-of-spec components, including resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, ICs, and power devices.
- Conduct functional and environmental tests to verify repairs.
- Document failure modes, root causes, and corrective actions in maintenance or quality systems.
- Provide technical support to production, engineering, and quality teams.
