** Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
**** How you'll make an impact
*** Analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
* Design and optimize production layouts, workflows, and material handling systems
* Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentation
* Conduct time, motion, and capacity studies to improve resource utilization
* Partner with cross-functional teams to introduce new products and processes
* Apply lean tools like 5S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping for continuous improvement
* Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in efficiency, quality, and waste reduction
* Support root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions
** Your background
*** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or related engineering field
* 3–5 years of experience in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering within manufacturing
* Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods
* Experience with process mapping, time studies, and facility layout design
* Proficiency with CAD tools such as AutoCAD or Solid Works
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
