Senior Manager Engineering
The Senior Manager, Lead Engineering Group (LEG) provides technical and strategic leadership to drive engineering innovation across our product teams and establish the talent bench strength for high-end technical capability growth. This role leads a team of highly technical engineers responsible for identifying emerging technology opportunities, addressing cross-disciplinary technical challenges, and enabling the technologies readiness for successful new product development (NPD) and transition of next-generation solutions for data center infrastructure.
Working closely with Self-Directed Business Teams (SBTs) and the CTO Office, the Senior Manager drives technical road mapping, oversees pathfinding initiatives in design and manufacturing, and ensures to bridge technical gaps and problem solving in NPD. The role also serves a key integrative function across product development engineering and SBTs, helping build a technical talent pipeline and cultivate principal-level engineers with cross-disciplinary skill sets to support future growth.
Compensation:
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $168,400 – $252,400 (subject to change dependent on physical location). A comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), disability, life insurance, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off and voluntary benefits.
