What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage and oversee the financial consolidation of close results, including variance analysis
  • Streamline standard deliverables for CFO and senior leadership, focusing on efficiency and insightful analysis
  • Accountable for the consolidated quarterly forecast and annual planning processes
  • Drive deliverables for executive leadership and Board meetings, including financial statements and KPIs
  • Develop and maintain consolidated financial models to support strategic decision‑making
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of applicable FP&A or finance experience, including consolidation experience
  • Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI and automation tools for process efficiency improvements
  • Strong financial reporting foundation with deep understanding of P&L and KPIs
  • Hands‑on experience with Adaptive Planning or similar enterprise FP&A platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Proven track record of driving process efficiencies and system improvements within FP&A
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional processes through influence and strong business partnership
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for financial modeling and reporting
  • Experience preparing executive‑level financial materials for Board presentations
