Pharmacy Management Team is seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) / Pharmacy Manager to manage and grow our Woodland pharmacy presence.
This role is responsible for:
- Managing clinic relationships
- Engaging with providers and clinical staff
- Delivering drug-related education
- Acting as a member of the interdisciplinary patient care team
- Attending and contributing to clinical meetings
The PIC will lead pharmacy staff while ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and exceptional patient outcomes.
Essential Job Functions
Patient Care & Clinical Support
- Provide medication education and counseling
- Support chronic and specialty condition management
- Engage with clinic providers and staff
- Participate in patient care meetings
Leadership & Staff Management
- Supervise staff pharmacists and technicians
- Motivate, inspire, and develop pharmacy team
- Address performance gaps through education & training
- Foster a culture of enthusiasm, accountability, and pride
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–5+ years as Pharmacy Manager / PIC
- Proven ability to lead and grow a pharmacy
