Position: Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Access Services is seeking a f
ull-time Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Macungie, PA or surrounding region of Lehigh Valley, PA.

Location
  • This position will support individuals throughout Lehigh Valley, or additional locations that are central to BCBA.
  • Two travel days for staff supervision purposes will be required monthly.
Billable Hours/Incentive Pay
  • 80 monthly billable hours are required. Any billable hours above 80/monthly (every 4 weeks), will be paid at the incentive rate of $80-$100 hourly.
    With our incentive pay rate, our BCBA's have the opportunity to make over $100,000 a year.
  • Our Behavior Analysts have a base salary of $72,000 prior to incentive pay.
  • WORK/LIFE BALANCE is important! That is why we only require 20 billable hours per week.

Our BCBA team bills IBHS, and also provides Behavior Analytic services outside of Medicaid. We primarily support children and youth. Work Location
  • In person, mobile, and community locations (homes, schools, daycares). We provide accessible, equitable services by bringing them to our clients.
Key Responsibilities of BCBA
  • Designing, implementing, and monitoring trauma-informed behavior analytic services to clients with Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, or co-occurring mental health diagnoses.
  • Utilizing specific and professional expertise in behavior analysis, review, analyze, and interpret data to determine any changes needed to the behavioral interventions, consistently exercising discretion and judgment.
  • Supervise behavioral consultants, BCaBAs, RBTs, and BHTs in accordance with regulatory and BACB guidelines.
  • Emphasize the importance of treatment integrity measures that allow for regular fidelity checks, feedback to caregiver teams regarding efficacy of implementation, and reliability measures among all those staff/caregivers involved.
  • Review samples of clinical notes, data, and other supporting documents monthly to provide constructive feedback and/or remediate concerns regarding how sessions are progressing and/or how data collection/documentation is occurring.
Qualifications of Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • MUST BE A LICENSED BEHAVIOR SPECIALIST IN THE STATE OF PA
  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, human behavior or relevant social sciences field of study (required)
  • Must be licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, certified registered nurse practitioner or a professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services (required)
  • Current clinical certification as a BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis that is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute (required)
  • 1+ years of post-Master’s degree experience providing ABA services (required)
  • Valid driver’s license with 2+ years of driving experience, reliable vehicle, and adequate car insurance (required)
  • No Driver’s License suspensions in the last 48 months
