Practice Manager

Vital Health Care Solutions is looking for a hands-on Practice Manager to support daily operations across a multi-site long term care market.

This role is ideal for an experienced healthcare leader who enjoys being actively involved in team support, provider scheduling, relationship building, and operational follow-through. If you like staying close to work and making a visible impact day-to-day, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

• Directly support and supervise providers within your assigned market
• Manage provider schedules and facility coordination
• Interview, and evaluate team members
• Maintain strong relationships with facility partners
• Monitor budget performance and key operational metrics
• Ensure compliance with long term care regulations and reimbursement requirements
• Support steady, responsible growth within your market

Travel within the assigned market is required.
