Food & Beverage Houseperson ensures every banquet and event is flawlessly set up, while maintaining cleanliness and organization across all F&B areas.

- Set up and reset banquet rooms according to banquet event orders, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
- Maintain and inventory food and beverage supply such as linens, chairs, china, glassware, and decorations.
- Assist servers and guests during events, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Report maintenance issues promptly to management to uphold cleanliness and functionality standards.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Must be able to speak and read the English language; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of guests by maintaining a clean and hazard-free workspace.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours per shift).
- Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, and kneeling while cleaning or arranging setups.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 lbs. (e.g., tables, chairs, banquet equipment, boxes of supplies).
- Ability to move efficiently in tight or crowded areas.
- Tolerance for varying temperatures (e.g., kitchen areas, banquet rooms, outdoor venues).
- Ability to safely handle repetitive tasks and maintain proper posture throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety.
