• Lead infrastructure and operations management for the employer's Scores Business Unit, including analytics platforms and credit scoring systems
• Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure on-premise and cloud infrastructure
• Serve as a central technical resource for diagnosing and remediating technical issues
• Manage technical support operations by prioritizing and resolving incoming support tickets
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver technical solutions

• Demonstrated expertise in supporting and maintaining Linux (Red-Hat) and Windows in hybrid environments
• Proven ability to manage AWS infrastructure, including application and web servers
• Expertise in designing and maintaining secure cloud infrastructure
• Programming proficiency in one or more shell languages (e.g., Bash, Power Shell)
• Proven experience in supporting data center migrations (on-premise to cloud)

• Hands-on experience with infrastructure provisioning tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible
• Experience analyzing and resolving performance, scalability, and reliability issues
• Understanding of fundamental technologies like DNS, Load Balancing, and TCP/IP
