Description:

We're looking for a talented SAP S/4

HANA Functional Consultant to join a high-performing team and play a key role in delivering scalable, business-aligned SAP solutions.

This a hybrid role in Harrisburg, PA (2 weeks onsite - 2 weeks remote) (company will pay for the travel)

What You'll Do

• Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities
• Gather and translate requirements into functional designs
• Configure SAP S/4
  
  HANA modules and Fiori applications
• Perform fit-gap analysis and support end-to-end implementations
• Develop RICEFW functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams
• Drive testing cycles (unit testing & UAT) and manage defect resolution
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives
• Deliver user training and maintain documentation aligned with ITIL standards

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of SAP functional experience (configuration & support)
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA & Fiori
• Strong understanding of SAP business processes & integrations
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology
• Solid communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• SAP certification
• Implementation or rollout project experience
• Exposure to SAP Cloud ALM / Solution Manager
• Background in manufacturing or distribution industries
