Our client is a manufacturing organization looking for an experienced Syte Line professional to take ownership of their ERP environment — leading development, customization, and ongoing optimization of the Infor Syte Line platform.
This is a technical leadership role where you'll partner with business stakeholders and internal teams to assess requirements, design solutions, and build functionality that goes beyond what Syte Line offers out of the box.
Onsite role with locations across the Northeast, Southeast, and Midwest.
What You'll Do- Lead development, customization, configuration, and testing of the Infor Syte Line environment
- Partner with business functional leads and technical teams to translate requirements into ERP solutions
- Identify, scope, and oversee system customizations from design through deployment
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and develop solutions for system shortcomings
- Prepare and maintain documentation for all customizations and enhancements
- Acquire and maintain deep working knowledge of Infor Syte Line and supporting technologies
- Travel as needed to support implementation and project activities
- Strong hands‑on experience with Infor Syte Line / Cloud Suite Industrial
- MS SQL, T‑SQL, or PL/SQL development experience
- Familiarity with Mongoose development environment, HTML, and database design
- Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
- Ability to bridge technical and business teams with clear communication
- Experience with systems analysis, software development, and ERP customization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred
