Epicor Kinetic Business Systems Analyst

Seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support and optimize Epicor Kinetic, Salesforce, and reporting systems within a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on Epicor Kinetic administration, data analytics, reporting, and business process improvement while partnering cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Sales teams.

• Support and optimize Epicor Kinetic ERP, Salesforce, and related business systems
• Build dashboards, reports, BAQs, and data models using Power BI, Tableau, and SQL
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Sales teams
• Support ERP upgrades, integrations, process improvements, and future cloud initiatives
• Develop reporting and analytics solutions to improve business visibility and decision‑making
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide end‑user support for business applications

• Experience supporting ERP systems within a manufacturing environment
• Hands‑on experience with Epicor Kinetic
• Strong experience with SQL, reporting, analytics, and business intelligence tools
• Experience developing BAQs, dashboards, reports, and data models
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Sales teams

• Experience supporting or administering Salesforce
• Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau
• Experience supporting ERP integrations, upgrades, and cloud initiatives
