Job Description

Trilyon is seeking an experienced Redpoint Developer to support enterprise marketing automation initiatives and customer engagement programs. The Redpoint Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing omnichannel marketing campaigns using Redpoint Interactions (RPI) and Redpoint Data Management (RPDM) while ensuring effective customer segmentation, personalization, campaign orchestration, and performance tracking.

The Redpoint Developer will collaborate with marketing, analytics, data engineering, and business teams to build scalable marketing automation solutions that enhance customer experiences and improve campaign effectiveness across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Campaign Development
  • Design, develop, and optimize omnichannel marketing campaigns using Redpoint Interactions (RPI).
  • Build and manage customer journeys across multiple marketing channels.
  • Configure and maintain campaign workflows and automation processes.
  • Develop personalized marketing experiences using customer data and segmentation strategies.
  • Support campaign execution and delivery across enterprise marketing platforms.
Customer Segmentation & Personalization
  • Create advanced customer segmentation models using RPDM and SQL-based data logic.
  • Implement targeting and personalization strategies to improve customer engagement.
  • Develop audience selection criteria based on behavioral, demographic, and transactional data.
  • Support customer lifecycle marketing initiatives through targeted campaign execution.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across customer segments.
Workflow Automation & Integration
  • Build, schedule, and manage automations between Redpoint Interactions (RPI) and Redpoint Data Management (RPDM).
  • Design and maintain automated workflows supporting campaign execution.
  • Integrate customer data sources and marketing platforms to streamline operations.
  • Support data synchronization and workflow orchestration across systems.
  • Ensure reliable execution of automated campaign processes.
Campaign Optimization & Analytics
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and engagement analytics.
  • Analyze campaign results and recommend optimization opportunities.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Improve campaign performance through continuous testing and refinement.
Data Management & Platform Support
  • Manage customer data and segmentation processes within RPDM.
  • Utilize Oracle SQL and Redshift for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Support Customer Data Platform (CDP) integrations and data management initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot campaign, workflow, and platform‑related issues.
Required

Skills & Qualifications Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing Technology, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience
  • 8-10 years of overall IT, marketing technology, or data management experience.
  • 6-8 years of hands‑on experience with Redpoint marketing automation platforms.
  • Proven experience developing and managing enterprise‑scale marketing campaigns.
  • Experience supporting customer engagement and marketing technology ecosystems.
