Third Party Risk Management; TPRM Product Manager

Role Overview

As a TPRM Product Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how TPRM technology capabilities evolve, support enterprise transformation priorities, and deliver meaningful improvements in how Vanguard manages third‑party risk. This is a hands‑on role with strong cross‑functional exposure.

Own the roadmap, OKRs, and backlog for the Service Now TPRM module, translate business strategy into prioritized product outcomes, prioritize enhancements, defects, technical improvements, and BAU work, and drive day‑to‑day product decisions.

You'll work closely with business stakeholders, technology partners, architects, and delivery teams to continuously enhance TPRM capabilities and deliver solutions that simplify complex risk processes.

• Demonstrated experience owning enterprise products
• Strong Agile product management experience with ability to translate strategy into execution
• Experience supporting organizational change and driving adoption of technology capabilities
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and prioritization
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a customer‑first mindset
• Excellent relationship management skills with ability to influence across a complex enterprise
• Outstanding communication skills with experience engaging both technical teams and senior stakeholders
• Experience with Service Now or similar enterprise workflow platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with Third Party Risk Management or related domains is a plus
