Microsoft 365 (M365) Engineer

Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Strong hands‑on experience with:
Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online Azure AD / Entra (identity, access management) - Experience with M365 administration portals and Power Shell scripting.
- Solid understanding of security and compliance capabilities within M365.
- Experience supporting or leading cloud migrations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and own deliverables in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with:
Microsoft Purview / Compliance Center Intune / Endpoint Management Teams Voice / Calling Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) - Microsoft certifications such as: MS-100 / MS-101 (or equivalent) MS-900, AZ-104, SC-300, or related
- Experience working in enterprise environments or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with governance and adoption frameworks.
