IT Security Support Engineer
Location:
Harrisburg, PA (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months
Job Summary:
Seeking for an experienced IT Security Support Engineer with a minimum of 2 years' experience in IT security and support. This role involves working across our security and help desk teams to provide technology support, manage support tickets, document incidents and vulnerabilities, perform network monitoring, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively between teams and independently with minimal supervision.
Must-Have Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in information security-related support
- 2+ years of experience in helpdesk-related support
- Experience with Microsoft server and workstation operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft O365 products
- Experience with incident reporting and support ticketing systems
- Experience with network and computer security testing tools
- Experience reading and interpreting security logs and reports
- Experience working with Tenable and Splunk
- Associate's degree or current certifications in information technology
