Job Title: Co-Op Data Science / Analytics
Location: CSL Behring KOP
Duration: 6 months
OverviewWe are looking for two co-op students currently enrolled in an Advanced Program in Data Science, Analytics, or related fields. This role offers hands‑on experience in applying analytical techniques to real‑world business challenges, with guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in data collection, cleaning, and preparation for analysis.
- Support the development of statistical models and machine learning prototypes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on ongoing analytics projects.
- Explore new tools and methods under supervision to enhance project outcomes.
- Contribute to dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau and other tools.
- Current enrollment in an Advanced program in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related discipline.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Basic understanding of machine learning, statistics, and data visualization.
- Strong curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Good communication skills to share findings with technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Practical exposure to enterprise‑level analytics projects.
- Mentorship and training from industry professionals.
- Opportunities to apply classroom knowledge to real‑world problems.
- Experience working in commercial and medical analytics functions.
