Job Summary
Supports analytical aspects of business products and services life cycle within a sub‑product scope. Assists customers in understanding data, reporting, and analytical capabilities, gathers specifications, creates data sets, operational reports, and analytical deliverables. Translates high‑level business data needs into detailed requirements for new capabilities and enhancements. Analyzes data to identify business problems, trends, and opportunities for process improvements, develops test cases, provides root cause analysis and corrective action plans, verifies delivery of customer data needs, and ensures quality delivery.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior team members, customers, Data Engineers, Data Architects, and Capability Managers to capture capability needs and drive quality data and reporting solutions.
- Create and maintain deliverables such as data set creation, operational reports, and analytical dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on data‑driven projects, contributing to various stages of the data delivery lifecycle.
- Support data and report delivery requirement testing (testing plan, scenarios, documentation, defect management), ensuring minimal production defects.
- Assure compliance for required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the data delivery lifecycle.
- Communicate with team members, customers, partners, and management, including requirement walkthroughs, sprint reviews, project status reporting, and documentation.
- Other duties as assigned or requested.
- Civilian US Citizenship required (due to contractual/access requirements).
- Experience in information systems and technology with focus on lean/six sigma, health insurance or healthcare industry.
- Basic analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and report writing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Preferred master’s degree in related fields.
- Preferred Six Sigma certification and PMP.
Pay range: $58,100 – $90,000 (salary based on qualifications, experience, contribution, peer equity, market and business considerations).
