Position: Senior Manager, IT Portfolio Management (PMO)

Role Overview

Lead the IT organization's Project Management Office (PMO) and oversee a portfolio of strategic technology initiatives that support business growth, operational excellence, and digital transformation.

What You Will Do

Drive portfolio prioritization, project execution, and PMO maturity while ensuring technology investments align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable business value.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in IT project management, program management, portfolio management, or PMO leadership roles
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience managing Project Managers or PMO teams
  • Experience leading an enterprise PMO and managing complex portfolios of concurrent projects and programs
  • Demonstrated success overseeing large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives
  • Experience managing multimillion-dollar project portfolios and budgets
  • Strong experience with executive-level governance, portfolio reporting, and strategic planning
  • Proven success managing vendors, negotiating contracts, and overseeing third-party delivery partners
