This role performs business analysis tasks by supporting stakeholders of specific system applications, handling user inquiries/issues, and managing enhancements. The incumbent understands the supported applications, how users interact with them, and how they integrate with other systems. By analyzing work processes, the incumbent identifies solutions that may include training, process change, or business rule modifications. Responsibilities also include tracing business requirements through test plans and cases to reduce issue resolution time and identify anomalies.
Collaboration with Application Development and other analysis teams is expected to improve overall business processes.
- Work with customers, application developers, and team members to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions.
- Support creation and maintenance of deliverables such as business vision, requirements, personalization for different clients, and user interface design.
- Participate in the full software development life cycle on project teams as needed.
- Provide business and/or subject matter expertise for project and production-related activities on less complex issues, including new strategic programs or initiatives affecting current and existing systems.
- Ensure compliance with required standards (e.g., SOC2) and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project life cycle.
- Assist with requirements testing (e.g., testing plans, scenarios, documentation, defect management) to minimize production defects and analyze results relative to customer impacts.
- Run system reports and create ad‑hoc reports, pulling data from various sources.
- Analyze reports to assess system performance and results.
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, partners, and management, including conducting requirement walkthroughs, sprint reviews, reporting project status, enabling vendor solutions, and providing clear documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required:
High School Diploma or GED. Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Business Administration/Management.
Required:
1‑3 years in a relevant operational area (e.g., customer service, claims, enrollment, billing) with 0‑1 year of technical application experience. Preferred: 0‑1 year in the Health Insurance Industry, 0‑1 year in Healthcare Industry, and 0‑1 year in Lean/Six Sigma.

Physical, Mental Demands and Working ConditionsPosition is office‑based with occasional travel up to 25%. The role requires light lifting up to 10 pounds, with minimal physical demands.
Pay RangeMinimum: $25.02, Maximum: $38.76. Base pay is determined by qualifications, experience, and business considerations.
