• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze processes and gather requirements.
• Implement innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency.
• Define and document business requirements in an agile environment.
• Create user stories and facilitate workshops for successful solutions delivery.
• Partner with Manufacturing Operations for new product introductions and process improvements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing and End User Training.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure requirements traceability.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
• Extensive experience in Agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting using Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for leading workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience creating user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Experience in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience working in a GxP environment.
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Experience with software development or configuration tools.
