Project Manager

One of Insight Global's distribution clients is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team as soon as possible. This project manager will support a large-scale SAP migration initiative within the organization. In this role, the project manager will play a key role in driving customer experience efforts, including work on company's websites and related platforms (potentially including Service Cloud and other digital properties).

This resource will also be responsible for overseeing manual testing and test plans. Candidates must be within driving distance of Harrisburg, PA to go onsite as needed.

Required

Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience managing IT related projects. Comfortable working closely with business process owners. Strong experience working in an agile environment. Experience working within digital experience or website-related projects. Strong understanding of testing cycles, particularly manual testing, and overseeing test plans. Experience managing escalations and risk mitigation. Familiarity with Service Cloud and/or customer experience platforms is a plus. Strong communication skills and strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and drive accountability.
