What You'll Be Doing- Position is on 2nd shift from 4pm-2am M-F
- Perform lubrication and routine maintenance on heavy equipment and plant machinery
- Inspect equipment for wear, leaks, and potential failures
- Maintain accurate service records and follow preventive maintenance schedules
- Assist with minor mechanical repairs and part replacements
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with lubrication systems
- Ability to read and follow maintenance schedules and technical instructions
- Commitment to safety and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in outdoor and physically demanding environments
- Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
- $24.25/hr with an additional $1.00/hr differential for second shift
- $2,000 Sign‑On Bonus paid out in two installments (6 months and 1 year)
