Traveling Welder

We are seeking experienced Traveling Welders for ongoing industrial and manufacturing projects. This is an excellent opportunity for welders who enjoy traveling, working on a variety of job sites, and earning strong compensation with daily per diem.

The ideal candidate will have welding experience, be able to read blueprints, perform quality welds in multiple positions, and maintain a strong commitment to safety and craftsmanship.

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding as required
• Assemble and weld metal components according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances
• Grind, fit, and prepare materials for welding
• Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Travel to assigned project locations as needed

• Production or manufacturing welding
• Structural steel or fabrication experience
• Welding certifications
• Previous traveling welder experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Harrisburg, PA.

The pay range for this position is $22.75 - $26.40/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
