Vice President of Manufacturing

The TRG Growth Practice is currently engaged by a top client in the Manufacturing & Industrial space looking to identify a General Manager to join the business and report into the Business Unit President.

This role will own Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, Product, Finance, HR, etc across the Business Unit. We need a leader who thrives in transformation and strategic growth initiatives. The position will be hybrid with travel and will have significant influence on the company’s next phase of growth.

We need a proven and capable leader with strengths in: P&L Management, Lean Manufacturing / Operational Excellence, and a Strategic Growth Mindset.

• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree Preferred)
• 15+ Years of Experience in Manufacturing + Industrial Leadership
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing & Business Excellence
• Passion for driving People & Process Excellence
